Three years ago JM Asphalt Sealcoating did such a great job on my parking lot behind my building that I hired Juan... again to do work behind the parking lot. What you get with this company is first and foremost honesty. The work is done on time, best price (and I called a lot of companies), very professional and courteous. I needed both jobs done by a certain date in May (thanks to the City of Chicago). It is difficult to get work done at this time of year, but JM Asphalt Sealcoating came to the rescue when others could not. This company will continue to be my go-to company in the future as needed. Their final work product is nothing less than beautiful. No sense wasting time calling a lot of others who are too expensive and/or not able to do the job.read more

JM Asphalt came out and seal coated our parking lot. Fantastic job! Juan arrived on site at the date/time he said he... would and worked non stop until 7 pm to complete the job in one day. The parking lot looks great! We are very happy with the job, the price and the customer service. We would definitely recommend him.read more
